Court Rules Against Ken Buck’s Operation Numbers Game – Rhonda Solis- CO

Announcement will be made soon that the Colorado Supreme Court’s opinion on People v. Gutierrez  is that the trial judge was correct in suppressing evidence obtained in an unlawful search of tax returns and supporting documentation because the search violated  4^th Amendment rights.

This search was considered by many in my community as a “fishing expedition” after an I.D. theft investigation lead them to Amalia’s Tax Service where thousands of tax records were seized.
